I Am Master of My Domain

After months of waiting, I've finally succeeded in claiming the "" domain. It became available a week or so ago, and I've been waiting patiently for the speculators who snatch up expired domains as soon as they drop to figure out that it is worthless.

I might someday place content at the new address, but for now typing in "" will redirect you to this blog's main page, "" Feel free to link to either address or to both or, if you have a website but no soul, to neither.

Thanks, Dave!

The domain was previously held by someone in France, who did nothing with it. Since "genealogue" is no more a word in French than it is in English, I'm wondering why they registered it at all. Maybe they were hoping to catch some misspelled type-in traffic from (I guess I'll be getting that traffic from now on. I'll know if I start getting comments from confused Parisians.)

Wow congrats Chris!! You've cornered the market on it now! :D
