The first of Suzy Green's ancestors to live in the village of Cedron, Missouri, was her great-great-grandfather, Ignatz Becker. He donated land for a church there in 1843. Since then the village has cleared out, giving Suzy and her husband the run of the place.
Today, the population of Cedron - or what would have been considered to be within the "city limits" - is only two: Suzy and her husband, Tommy Green.
However, she says there probably are about a dozen people who live within a one-mile radius of the church. [Link]
