From The Newark (Ohio) Daily Advocate of June 30, 1897:
Mrs. Abby A. Darling, known for years throughout New England as a clairvoyant and whose headquarters were at Providence, was found dead in bed in Boston recently, she having prophesied three years ago that she would die on that particular day. She was 69 years old.
